Since 2015, we've evolved from a dedicated CrossFit gym into a comprehensive fitness village where members of all levels — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — can start, grow, and progress without ever outgrowing their gym.
We offer Turbo (beginner-friendly), CrossFit, HYROX training, Hybrid Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Masters Program (seniors 65+), Personal Training, and Open Gym access.

We're located at 251 Jalan Besar, Singapore 208924. The nearest MRT is Farrer Park (North East Line) — exit through City Square Mall and we're a short walk away.
Parking is available at nearby HDB car parks and commercial lots along Jalan Besar.

Absolutely! We welcome all fitness levels. Our Turbo program is specifically designed as a beginner-friendly entry point with coached classes that teach proper movement patterns and build foundational fitness without intimidation. Coaches scale every workout to your current abilities. Many members start with Turbo and later explore CrossFit, HYROX, or other programs as they progress.

You can mix programs! Many members combine classes based on their goals — for example, Turbo for general fitness plus Weightlifting for strength, or CrossFit mixed with HYROX training. Our Universal membership gives you flexibility to attend any class type across all programs, allowing you to keep training varied and adapt as your goals evolve. A Universal membership allows you to attend any class across all our programs — Turbo, CrossFit, HYROX, Hybrid Training, Weightlifting, and Masters classes. This gives you maximum flexibility to mix training styles, try different programs, and adapt your routine based on your goals or schedule without being locked into a single program.

A Limited membership allows you to attend coached classes up to 4 times per week within your chosen program (Turbo, HYROX, or CrossFit). It's a budget-friendly option for members who train 3-4 days weekly and don't need unlimited access while maintaining consistent training frequency within a specific program.

Open Gym gives you self-directed access to our facility and equipment to train on your own, at your own pace, without a coached class. It's ideal for experienced members with their own programming or athletes doing supplemental training alongside group classes.

Yes, we have separate male and female changing rooms on Level 2. Our facilities are modern, clean, and well-equipped with showering cubicles, toilets, hair dryers, and basic amenities. Our Masters Program is specifically designed for seniors 65 and older (active adults 55+ also welcome), offering safe, effective fitness training with qualified coaches who understand how to work with older adults.
